As an initiative of and for the healthcare sector, our ambition is to make care easier for you and your patients. Your patients use BeterDbij within a simple app. You work within a secure web platform or the BeterDichtbij Pro app, linked as much as possible to your own systems.

• All data is stored encrypted on highly secured servers and the conversations are not saved on your phone or that of your patients. The data is only retrieved via a secure connection and also encrypted when sent to your patients.
• The conversation with your patients can only be viewed by you in the secure BeterDichtbij web platform or BeterDichtbij Pro.
• You and your patients always log in securely with a PIN or password of your choice.
• BeterDichtbij meets all privacy and security requirements, such as the guidelines that the KNMG Doctors Federation sets for medical apps and the AVG. In addition, BeterDichtbij is NEN7510:2017 and ISO 27001 certified.
